Whatever you had to experience in your life, someone out there is going through the same thing right now. Just imagine that person knew that there was someone else out there who understands the struggle, the turmoil, and hopelessness.
And just imagine how much this knowledge would encourage that person to keep going, push through and overcome their fears, their hopelessness and doubts.

In this program I will help you release your trauma and guide you through the maze of your thoughts, emotions, sensations and feelings and I will help you to write your story. Whether you want to share it or not, writing it out and healing through it is a powerful way to transform your life.

Healing from your the most traumatic moments is very helpful in writing your story. It will help you to look back without being triggered. Which is why, we will focus on healing first and then ease into writing your story.
Find Your Why
Writing our life story is very powerful. What makes it even more powerful is when we choose to give it a greater purpose. For example, I chose to share my story to show others that trauma healing is possible. So a huge part of sharing your story is your why.
Take Care of Yourself
Writing a story takes time, patience and resilience, especially when we share our life story. Therefore it is imperative that we take care of ourselves. So a big part of this program will be focused on self-care, self-love and self-acceptance.
I will be with you every step of the way
From guiding you on your path to releasing your trauma, until you write the last word of your story, I will be with you. I will go over your manuscript with you and help you to bring into words the message you want to convey by sharing your story.
In our coaching sessions I will help you to release your doubts and fears, limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behavior. I will provide you with journaling prompts, self-care routines, helpful tricks on how to make the process of writing the most challenging moments of your life easier, and so much more.
As a bonus, I will teach you everything I have learned in my journey of becoming a published author about the publishing process, the different publishing types, as well as the pros and cons of each and what you need to know before you choose one over the other. The importance of the acknowledgment and how to write a powerful one, the foreword and how to find the right person to write it, the summary for the back cover, the style your manuscript has to be in before you present it to a publisher, as well as everything in between.
