Thank you for taking the time to inform yourself about your rights concerning your privacy. Rest assured that I take the right for privacy very seriously.
T.I.R. Statement of Confidentiality
As a client of mine, I want you to be informed of your rights and the limits of confidentiality. The confidentiality of personal information shared with me as your TIR/Metapsychology Facilitator is the cornerstone of a good therapeutic relationship. Only in this way can you feel free to work with me to discuss and explore problems and arrive at solutions. In most circumstances, information shared is considered privileged communication and will not be shared with anyone, unless you first provide your written consent to do so.
There are, however, some circumstances that require the disclosure of information. They are as follows:
- When mandated by state or federal law, that is, child abuse/neglect and elderly abuse/neglect.
- When specifically ordered by a court of law.
- When there is a serious threat of physical harm to self or others.
- For the purpose of professional supervision.
If it becomes necessary to release information, it will be made in such a way as to protect as much confidentiality as possible.
I want to assure you, as my client, of my commitment to maintaining confidentiality and that your case will be handled professionally and with the highest degree of confidentiality possible.
Coaching Statement of Confidentiality.

According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and further coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.
Spiritual Readings & Energy Work
To conduct spiritual readings, like the Soul Realignment Reading, some personal information is required in order to access your Akashic Records. This information will solely be used for the specified reading and will never be disclosed to anyone else.
All sessions will be recorded for your peace of mind and my own. I will store them on an external hard drive, which will be password protected and only accessible by myself. Upon request I will send you your recordings. In case of a dispute concerning malpractice or other issues, these recordings can be used as helpful information for either party.
