I am so happy for you that you are ready to transform and heal your emotional pain and I am honored that you feel drawn to working with me.

My process begins with a free Discovery Call, which will take place either by phone or via zoom video conferencing.  Before this call, you will receive a questionnaire for you to complete so you can benefit from the time with me the most. Whether you decide to hire me as your coach or not, I want every interaction of ours to be extremely valuable to you. To that end, I’ll review the questionnaire you complete before we meet.  And then we’ll invest our time together exploring your trauma, what you wish to achieve by working with me and how I can help you to get there.

You will feel heard, cared about, informed, educated, and empowered to begin your healing journey.  If, after we spend that time together, it turns out you truly want to hire me as your coach, it will be because we came to that conclusion together.
