Hello beautiful Soul,
Healing emotional pain is a journey back to your True Self, but it is by no means an easy one. You will be emotional, you will be triggered, you will unleash a dark night of the soul. But through this temporary stage of awakening you will realize how incredibly strong and resilient you actually are. And it is this profound Self-Realization that ultimately sets you free and empowers you to Rise Above Your Story.
Traumatic Incident Reduction
Everything that ever happened in your life becomes part of your story. But no part of your story should have any control over your emotions and with that control over your life. You should always be in control of your life and make it what you want it to be. Yet, sometimes a traumatic event can stop you in your tracks and you become a prisoner of that trauma for many years and sometimes even for the rest of your life. Life Transformation means changing how you feel about a part of your story so that you can rise above it and be the person you are meant to be – like a phoenix rising from the ashes.
To heal your trauma you have to slowly break down your protective shields. Don’t get me wrong, those shields did serve a purpose at some point, but since you were unable to release them, they now hinder you from moving past your traumatic past. Trauma healing means showing the body, mind and spirit that it is safe to let these protective shields go.
Traumatic Incident Reduction, or short T.I.R., is an amazing and most of all effective evidence based modality in the field of Metapsychology.
It works by releasing the emotional charge or trigger associated with a traumatic incident. By releasing the emotional attachment to a trauma we had to experience, that trauma becomes just another part of our life story, no more or less significant than what we had to eat the day before.
The methodology of T.I.R. is to walk the client through a traumatic incident repetitively by the means of powerful questioning. This method brings any triggers to the surface to be evaluated and released until there is no emotional charge left. Once no emotions are left attached to the traumatic incident, the memory of the trauma will fade peacefully into the abyss and will just be a faint memory like any other insignificant part of ones life.
